Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Site Support Services Specialist to provide administrative, inventory, and maintenance coordination for our Global Headquarters campus. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations across office, lab, and research environments.

Reporting to the Lead Maintenance Supervisor, you will support HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems, manage purchases in SAP, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of facilities support or related experience.
• Experience with SAP purchasing, requisitioning, and inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, inventory, maintenance coordination, and facilities support for HQ campus.
• Support operation and maintenance of Air Products' Global Headquarters facilities.
• Coordinate material purchases and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to facility-related issues in on-call rotations when needed.
