Job summary

Life Time Vernon Hills is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the club. You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and serve as Manager on Duty when needed. You must be adaptable to meet all of Life Time's needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety, performing repairs, and conducting maintenance. CPR/AED certification within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensure all facility conditions are safe.
• Conduct general repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
• Participate in safety training and inspections.
