Job summary

Life Time is hiring a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and well-stocked while delivering excellent member service. The role involves maintaining clean locker rooms, folding and stocking towels, and ensuring supplies are used according to budget.

You will also assist members with questions about Life Time products and policies. The position requires physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for extended periods in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure proper usage of locker room consumables and cleaning products per budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
