Job summary

The Camfield Tenants’ Association (CTA) in Boston’s South End seeks a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the maintenance program at Camfield Estates. You will assign work orders, supervise staff, and ensure timely completion of tasks while coordinating with Maloney Properties and other offices.

Responsibilities include inspections, safety checks, budget management, vendor oversight, and collaboration with senior management to develop improvements and capital plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team and overseeing a premises facilities program.
• Trades experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Oversee maintenance program and staff at Camfield Estates.
• Assign/dispatch work orders and track completion; inspect common areas.
• Monitor safety, inspections, and budget; prepare reports for senior management.
