Job summary

Oracle Corporation in Abilene, Texas, is seeking an Facilities Operations Manager – Electrical to lead safe, reliable operation of critical electrical systems supporting OCI data centers. This onsite role reports to the Senior Critical Facilities Manager and owns plant operations, maintenance, vendor performance, and incident response to ensure uptime.

The position is full-time onsite at Project Frontier, Abilene, TX, focusing on day-to-day plant operations and field execution rather than design

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of data-center electrical systems (switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators).
• Lead incident response and ensure rapid restoration of service.
• Direct daily plant operations and field execution with a focus on reliability and uptime.
• Coordinate with Senior Critical Facilities Manager on planning and readiness.

As Facilities Operations Manager – Electrical, you will lead the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical electrical systems supporting OCI data centers. Reporting to the SeniorCritical FacilitiesManager, this role owns electrical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, technician leadership, operational readiness, and incident response to ensure continuous uptime and protection of compute load.

This position is fulltime onsite at Project Frontier- Abilene, Texas

You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, transfer switches, PDUs, busway, grounding, and related monitoring platforms. This role is centered on day-to-day plant operations and field execution rather than primary design authority.
