Job summary

International Vitamin Corporation is seeking a Manager, Facilities to oversee maintenance, security, and efficient operation of company facilities. The role ensures facilities meet operational needs while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

The position involves developing policies, managing central services, coordinating with contractors, and supervising staff to support a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and parking.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Manage maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee environmental health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Plan and manage facility projects (renovations, expansions, office moves, etc.).
• Prepare and manage facility budget, including cost estimates and forecasts.
• Supervise maintenance staff and external vendors.
