Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor performance and scheduling.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and inspections.
• Monitor budgets and help forecast multi-year capital needs.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate urgent repairs after hours.
• Support staff with facility-related needs and events.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, warranties, and assets.
