Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, technical, civil or industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities/maintenance management.
• Master's degree preferred; equivalent combination accepted.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and coordinates maintenance of University facilities.
• Manages design, construction, repair and alterations with internal and external teams.
• Develops and monitors programs ensuring health, safety, and regulations compliance.
• Directs staff, mentors, evaluates performance and plans development.
• Oversees budgets, personnel decisions and vendor coordination.
• Collaborates with other administrators to ensure service levels meet standards.
