Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to oversee the operation and safety of our buildings and systems. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage outside contractors to keep the facility reliable and compliant.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge, plus a commitment to safety, documentation, and continuous improvement. This position is full-time and on-site at our Kentucky facility.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical degree or certification preferred.
3–5 years of maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance and facilities activities to ensure efficient operation.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, building systems, and utilities.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and facility emergencies and coordinate timely repairs.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related issues.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems regularly to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
