Qualifications

• Graduation from a two-year college/technical school with relevant degree or certification.
• Minimum three years of experience in facility management with lead worker responsibilities.
• Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop specifications and negotiate/administer contracts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
