Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Facilities to lead all facilities, workplace services, and capital projects across the Deerfield, IL, Round Lake, IL, and Batesville, IN campuses.

Competenze

8+ years of facilities management experience, including leadership of complex corporate, manufacturing, or laboratory environments.
Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets.
Strong vendor management, financial, and project management skills.
