Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• 3+ years in supervisory roles overseeing teams and projects.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility and maintenance operations.
• Lead and support maintenance and facilities staff.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and other building systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Oversee custodial services and facility cleanliness.
• Manage the facilities budget and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, fire, environmental, and building requirements.
• Support manufacturing operations and respond to facility issues as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspections, permits, and equipment information.
• Recommend facility improvements and capital projects to leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred (Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field)
