Job summary

Brightli in Missouri is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to oversee day-to-day facility operations and lead a team of management leads and technicians. The role ensures procedures are followed, conducts site reviews, and coordinates with program directors on short- and long-term facility needs.

The position emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and strategic facility planning within our behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent; AND four+ years in building maintenance or leadership.
• Experience supervising facilities staff and coordinating with vendors.
• Proven ability to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and manage facility management leads and technicians.
• Ensure CARF standards compliance and coordinate with program directors.
• Develop annual capital expenditure plans and manage vendor bids.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and driving records per policy.
• Supervise staff and communicate goals and progress.
