Job summary

Mayzon is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for its Delaware facility. You will oversee daily maintenance, safety, and cleanliness, coordinate preventive work, and supervise staff and contractors to keep the building and utilities running smoothly.

You will work with production and warehouse teams to ensure operational facilities, manage vendor relationships, and uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of facilities, maintenance, or related experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors, docks.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal work requests.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance activities and upkeep.
• Monitor facility condition and identify repair, safety, or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for facility systems and equipment.
• Respond to facility-related service requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of work areas and common spaces.
• Support production and warehouse operations by keeping the facility operational.
• Supervise staff, assign work, and ensure safety and timely completion.
• Communicate priorities and project updates to management.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs, inspections, and services.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Assist with office moves, seasonal needs, and facility improvements.
