Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Certification may be required in some areas.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related field or MS/MA with 0–1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages facilities support requests via help line and email.
• Selects vendor, coordinates and schedules work, follows up on project completion.
• Develops and maintains the department’s maintenance contracts and service agreements.
• Researches and selects best value vendors, negotiates overall program and pricing.
• Tracks budgets, invoices, and purchase requests.
• Develops scope and statements of work for facilities projects.
• Assists with facilities special projects, including construction, reconfigurations, and events.
• Develops corrective action plans to ensure safe and compliant facility operations.
