Job summary

Pace in Morrisville, NC is seeking a facilities operations lead who can manage day-to-day maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and environmental controls. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, on-call support, and continuous improvement to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and overall facility performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Commercial HVAC experience is a plus and NC license is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to facilities staff and contractors.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support facilities operations.
• Oversee glass washing operations and environmental systems.
• Plan and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across facility systems.
