Pace is seeking a Facilities Operations Lead to manage day-to-day maintenance ensuring safe, reliable building systems. You will guide maintenance activities, supervise staff, and coordinate with contractors, while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Experience with commercial HVAC, on-call rotations, and strong leadership are essential for success in this on-site role located in Morrisville, NC. A safety-minded, collaborative approach is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Commercial HVAC, Refrigerant Experience - NC License (Preferred, not required).

Responsabilidades

• Lead facilities resources and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Provide technical leadership and training on procedures and equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support facilities operations.
• Oversee glass washing operations.
• Maintain and optimize stability chambers and environmental systems.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across facility systems.
• Serve as primary contact for facility issues and root-cause analysis.
• Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure safety and compliance.
• Review and audit maintenance records and documentation for compliance.
• Support development and continuous improvement of maintenance programs.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
• Assist with facility projects, installations, renovations, and capital initiatives.
• Advise management on upgrades, priorities, and resources.
