Job summary

ANDMORE® is seeking a Building Operations Supervisor to oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across the ADAC campus. You will supervise maintenance technicians and partner with the Building Operations Manager to ensure safe, reliable operation and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on, technically skilled professionals with a background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus proven leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or trade certification preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of directly related experience in building operations or facilities maintenance.
• Hands-on expertise in HVAC systems; working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proven supervisory ability and multi-priority management.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance technicians performing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Plan, schedule, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain inventories and update work orders and maintenance histories.
• Analyze operations and recommend improvements to efficiency and cost.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for the team.
• Coordinate with other teams to minimize disruption to occupants.
