Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Panama City Beach, FL. This role supports the Facilities Manager in leading all venue maintenance operations, including repair and replacement of equipment and game systems, and upkeep of facility infrastructure.

You will help build the Facilities team, assist in hiring, scheduling, training, and fostering engagement while ensuring safety, compliance, and budget standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facilities systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
