Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Facilities Manager in Allentown, PA, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of building systems. You will lead a maintenance team, manage ammonia refrigeration systems, and handle vendor agreements to ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in facilities management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in maintenance software. A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management.
• Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 5 or more staff members.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a maintenance team of 5 or more employees.
• Direct day-to-day upkeep of building systems and grounds.
• Manage ammonia refrigeration systems for operational reliability.
• Negotiate and oversee service agreements for utilities and maintenance.
• Track and optimize usage of facility assets.
• Maintain adherence to OSHA and EPA regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams.
