Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking a Maintenance Director for a long-term care facility. You will lead maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, compliant building, equipment, and grounds maintenance.

You will coordinate with department heads, manage preventative maintenance, and participate in budget planning to support quality care and a well-managed environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• 1–2 years of management/supervisory experience required.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall maintenance operation of facility and grounds.
• Identify and participate in process improvements to enhance workflows.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources for maintenance activities.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
