Grow Op Farms is seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to help keep the Spokane Valley site running smoothly. You will coordinate maintenance, track work orders, and assist with daily operations across the facility, moving throughout the warehouse rather than staying at a desk.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma and 21+ age. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks while supporting vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Administrative, facilities, or operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log and track work orders, schedules, and equipment needs.
• Keep shared operational spreadsheets, schedules, and tracking sheets current.
• Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, correspondence, and other paperwork.
