Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience with a general, plumbing, HVAC or electrical contractor, Construction Manager or Project Manager with an emphasis on HVAC/Energy Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems, Operations, and Programming (preferred).
• 5–7 years supervising/supervising work crews on multiple shifts; union workforce experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate maintenance and contracted services district-wide.
• Coordinate with the Director and maintain ongoing communications with work status updates.
• Alert the Director to any concerns or issues that arise.
