Job summary

Fox Corporation invites applications for an Assistant Manager, Plant Operations at the Fox Studio Lot in Century City. You will support administrative, operational and project documentation, including Work Authorizations, MOPs and SOPs, while maintaining CMMS records and supporting capital projects from planning through completion.

The role requires 3+ years of facilities experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in corporate or commercial facilities, design, construction, maintenance, or capital projects.
• Experience with data collection and maintaining accurate records and project documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze data and prepare professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget forms, PO, billing docs; track vendor payments and assist with scopes, budgets and contracts.
• Prepare and maintain Work Authorizations, MOPs, SOPs and other communications.
• Enter and maintain CMMS records; generate reports for planning and decision-making.
• Maintain project files and drawings; retrieve facility information on request.
• Interface with trades, facilities, departments and project partners during planning and execution.
• Maintain active presence in facility areas for operations and inspections.
• Serve as liaison among operations, departments, tenants, contractors and consultants.
• Provide admin and project support to Plant Operations management including scheduling meetings.
• Perform other related admin, operational and project duties.
