Job summary

LUMA Energy is seeking a Building Operator Assistant to support facilities, inspections, and preventive maintenance across the property in Puerto Rico. You will assist with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, coordinate contractor work, maintain records, and help ensure code compliance and tenant services.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, 1–3 years in progressive installations, and are prepared to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in progressive installations.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license is required; must submit Driver Registration Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations and maintenance schedules to ensure tenant operations and asset integrity.
• Support inspections, audits, maintenance, and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate renovations, repairs, cleaning, and contractor services while ensuring safety policies are followed.
• Maintain records, monitor building management system usage, and respond to service requests promptly.
