Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited four-year university.
• 5+ years of facilities engineering, utilities engineering, HVAC, or industrial mechanical systems.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, CDA, PCW, exhaust and HVAC systems.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Project; capable of high-level project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system owner for assigned mechanical utility systems and monitor performance.
• Manage operation and optimization of chillers, PCW, CDA, MAUs, and CRAC units.
• Provide engineering support for process exhaust and environmental control systems.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate design, commissioning, and turnover of new mechanical utility projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company standards.
• Analyze data to generate KPIs and dashboards for critical utility systems.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving and lifecycle management for facilities systems.
