Qualifications

• 10+ years in mechanical engineering; 5+ years in project management for building projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced mechanical/plant engineering support for HVAC, steam, and chilled water systems.
• Lead design/engineering and project management oversight for capital projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope from $20K to $10M.
• Mentor other facilities engineers and maintenance staff.
• Conduct planning and feasibility studies for potential projects.
• Develop and maintain mechanical design standards across locations.
