ServiceSource Inc. in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Facility Engineer to lead engineering, PM, construction, and renovation across complex facilities including data centers.

The role emphasizes BAS administration, CAD/BIM design using AutoCAD/REVIT, and cross-functional coordination to deliver safe, compliant operations. You will define capital projects, prepare drawings and specifications, manage budgets, review bids, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring ISO and NEC standards are met with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 5+ years mechanical engineering in large facilities or industrial settings.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM and related tools.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute capital projects for facility repair and upgrades.
• Prepare maintenance, repair, and construction drawings and specs.
• Provide maintenance engineering support across facilities.
• Coordinate construction, installation, testing and documentation.
• Manage budgets, bids, vendor submittals and changes.
• Develop CAD/BIM models and ensure configuration management.
