Job summary

ASML is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer – Facilities to design, analyze, and support HVAC, water, and gas distribution systems essential to our high-tech manufacturing operations. You will lead projects from concept to completion, coordinate with contractors, and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

Requirements include a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years in facilities engineering, and a PE license; travel may be needed; base

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in facilities engineering focusing on mechanical systems in high-tech/manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in HVAC, DI water, process water, chillers, boilers, and heat exchangers.
• Experience with gas and liquid distribution systems, including piping, valves, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and refine preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion and manage cross-functional teams.
• Ensure mechanical systems comply with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
