Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ maintenance experience.
• Ability to interpret prints, schematic specifications and codes.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and preventative maintenance, installs, lubricates and repairs equipment and machinery throughout the Medical Center complex and grounds as directed.
• Lays out, constructs, covers, coats, alters, and repairs buildings and grounds using plumbing, masonry, carpentry, refrigeration, and electricity; operates boilers, air compressors, water systems and cooling towers.
• Performs programmed maintenance and manages materials and solutions used.
