Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment as typically gained in 2–3 years in maintenance.
• Ability to interpret prints, schematic specifications and codes.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and machinery across facilities.
• Lays out, constructs, and repairs across buildings and grounds using plumbing, masonry, carpentry, refrigeration and electricity skills.
• Operates and maintains boiler equipment, air compressors, water systems and cooling towers.
