Job summary

Aggregate Mineral Resource Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Facilities Mechanic/Operator for our Desert Center, CA facility. You will support daily operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, monitoring control data, and responding to issues promptly.

The role requires experience with low-voltage controls, process monitoring, and a strong mechanical aptitude. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment

Qualifications

• Electrical systems and low-voltage controls expertise.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical components including circuit breakers, transformers, wiring, and PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adjust process parameters (pressure, temperature, voltage) as needed.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine and emergency repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced staff.
