Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, and other equipment.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Maintains records of maintenance activities and uses CMMS to track work orders.
• Assists in directing the work of others and coordinates tasks with team members.
• Repairs and maintains electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in facilities.
