Responsibilities

• Aids in urgent, corrective repairs of minor electrical and plumbing issues.
• Assists in replacing and repairing equipment, appliances and lighting systems as required.
• Maintains routine records of all repairs.
• Performs preventive maintenance to ensure continuous operation of the facility.
• Completes manual duties such as moving supplies, replacing light bulbs, locks and doors.
• Maintains facilities according to regulatory requirements.
• Ensures facilities are properly maintained and performs minor painting when needed.
