You will coordinate maintenance, inspections, and service requests, while supporting security protocols and SCIF activities. Strong organizational skills and ability to work with contractors are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Facilities management or security training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and readiness of offices, conference rooms, and secure spaces.
• Conduct routine inspections; address maintenance, safety, and security issues.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service requests to completion.
• Manage conference room scheduling and shared space functionality.
• Support security policies, access control, and SCIF-related activities.
• Maintain SOPs, inspection records, and maintenance schedules.
