Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for 24/7/365 data center operations, uptime optimization, and critical environment risk mitigation. The role focuses on high-density cooling, power distribution, and lifecycle planning across facilities portfolios.

You will oversee staffing, performance coaching, capital projects, budgets, and compliance with critical environment regulations while coordinating with vendors and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $104,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $118,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
