Qualifications

• Facility Manager with 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining office spaces, HVAC, signage, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with budgeting, vendor management, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities including seating charts, office signage, meeting rooms, and HVAC controls.
• Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, purchasing, and approvals.
• Create an annual budget for Corporate Facilities.
