Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or closely related field and four (4) years of related experience preferably in construction operations.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction and post-construction tasks for designated projects; conducts inspections of construction sites; engages with contractors; ensures completion and adherence to standards; records construction activities per policies.
• Develops project scope and timeline; oversees evaluation schedule; coordinates contacts and technical support; communicates with agencies and departments; leads project team meetings; keeps supervisor informed.
• Contracts established with vendors for services, materials, or equipment.
• Develops emergency response and management strategies to ensure efficient use of resources; establishes backup systems; addresses facility-related emergencies.
• Supervises facilities management and the corresponding budget.
• Monitors operational status of critical facilities, structures, landscapes, and machinery.
• May carry out additional responsibilities specific to role and assignment.
