This maintenance/facilities manager will lead a multi-shift maintenance team to ensure CNC machinery and plant utilities run reliably and safely each shift. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, team leadership, and CMMS-driven preventive maintenance in a precision machining environment.

Our client is a precision machining company that manufactures components for the firearms, aerospace, and industrial markets.

Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CMMS (MaintainX) for all maintenance workflows
• Lead preventive maintenance scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• Champion safety practices and ensure OSHA/EHS compliance
• Oversee facilities, utilities, and vendor-managed services
• Manage maintenance team scheduling, coaching, and performance
• Control parts inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budget
