Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Plan and manage central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and parking.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
• Manage upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system maintenance for efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee environmental health and safety programs and local regulatory compliance.
• Plan and manage facility projects including renovations and moves.
• Prepare and manage facility budget with cost estimates and forecasts.
• Supervise maintenance staff and external vendors.
