Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with a technical background to lead the engineering on a prestigious commercial site in Northampton.

You will supervise shift and day teams, ensure planned and reactive maintenance is carried out safely and on time, and manage subcontractors while maintaining compliant documentation and audits. AP training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as Facilities Manager or similar in commercial buildings.
• Strong technical background in building services maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• AP qualification or experience desirable.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Shift Lead or similar.
• Strong technical background in building services maintenance – essential.
• Electrical and/or Mechanical qualifications.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• AP qualification or experience desirable.
