Job summary

Rock Health is building a manufacturing startup focused on large, complex equipment. The role leads facilities, manufacturing staff, and process workflows from scratch with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will recruit and coach facilities and manufacturing teams, drive capital projects, and coordinate with engineering to enable scalable production and automation while maintaining strong cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in industrial maintenance and facilities with 5+ years in management.
• Experience with large-factor assembly manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and technical skills.
• Proficient in project management, financial analysis and MS Office.

• Oversee site layout, space allocation, and expansion efforts.

Supports a factory startup focused on manufacturing large, complex equipment. Responsible for building operations, manufacturing staff, and process workflows from scratch. Skills include panel wiring, Medium/Low Voltage, and high-power electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design, planning, and maintenance of facilities, machinery, and infrastructure.
• Oversee site layout, space allocation, and expansion efforts.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and retention of facilities, safety, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop strategic plans for facility design, equipment procurement, and automation integration.
