Chick-fil-A in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and safety across two restaurant locations. You will coordinate project work, manage vendors, and lead a small team to ensure clean, functional facilities that support excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to electrical and mechanical tasks.

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent required.
Able to work weekends and between two stores.
Experience in facilities management or related field preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility maintenance and repairs including project management, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting.
Perform regular inspections and address hazards promptly.
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and invoices.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Be on-call for maintenance emergencies; seasonal tasks as needed.
Work across two Chick-fil-A locations.
