Summary:
This leadership position is responsible for the overall management, operation, and continuous improvement of the laboratory’s facility infrastructure. The Facilities Manager leads the Facilities Team to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, laboratory support systems, and related infrastructure. This position will play a critical role in long-term facilities planning and risk mitigation.

The physical demands outlined are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
This position may require constant standing, bending, lifting, finger/hand manipulation, lifting and carrying, and precise hand/eye coordination. Work is performed in a laboratory/warehouse setting which is subject to chemicals, and potential fumes, gasses, odors and related items typical for this environment.
Safety equipment is provided, and use is mandatory.
