Job summary

Romark Logistics seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to own operations across our Hazleton, Pennsylvania campus—three distribution facilities supporting 200+ employees. You will lead maintenance, automated systems, regulatory compliance, vendor management, budgets, and capital projects while guiding the local Facilities team and partnering with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and IT.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of facilities leadership, a related degree (CMRP a plus), and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of CMRP certifications and experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive facilities or maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience supporting automated distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or modern logistics operations.
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance vendors with electrical, woodwork, HVAC, roofing, paving knowledge.
• Experience supporting robotics or automated warehouse systems is a plus.
• MS Office with intermediate Excel.
• Must be able to lift 50lb and work at heights of 50 ft.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance, utilities, and preventive maintenance using the CMMS.
• Lead maintenance programs for reliability and uptime of critical systems.
• Ensure OSHA, NFPA, FM Global, environmental, food safety, GMP, and customer standards.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and capital projects; vendor management.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Safety, Operations, Engineering, and IT.
