The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the College’s facilities operations, including maintenance and custodial services. This position provides direct supervision of maintenance staff, the Custodial Supervisor, and custodial personnel, and ensures that campus facilities are maintained in a safe, functional, and clean condition. The role is responsible for prioritizing departmental work, coordinating resources, and supporting the effective operation of all physical plant services. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. This position requires five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, physical plant operations, or a related field. Two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience is required, overseeing daily operations including maintenance, grounds and/or custodial functions. A Texas driver license, insurable motor vehicle record, and a criminal background check are required.
