Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee venue maintenance, safety, and repairs. You will lead facilities staff, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to keep the venue in excellent condition for staff and guests.

The role requires hands-on experience with facilities and equipment maintenance, strong problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
• Hands-on skills with facilities and equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect venue to determine repairs or renovations.
• Oversee routine maintenance to keep venue clean and functional.
• Schedule repairs with outside vendors and manage equipment upkeep.
• Supervise facilities staff and enforce safety rules.
• Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
• Notify management when major repairs are needed.

The Facilities Manager will ensure that the venue is clean and maintained according to Triple Shift policies and procedures. Oversee all building-related activities to ensure that the venue stays in good condition and is safe and well-functioning for venue staff and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect venue to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Own It by performing routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed.
• Schedule routine inspection or emergency repairs with outside vendors with Respect
• Maintain the upkeep of equipment and supplies.
• Supervise all facilities staff (Janitors, Facilities B and C)and show Spirit
• Own It by preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.
• Delegate cleaning and maintenance to other facilities team members
• Handles leaf and snow removal as needed.
• Uses common cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment.
• Notifies the management team when major repairs are needed.
• Show your Excellence when following safety rules and precautions.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Courage to work other duties as assigned.
