Job summary

The Woodlands, TX-based Indorama Ventures Technology Center is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead all non-research operations and maintain a safe, reliable laboratory environment for scientists, engineers, and technicians.

You will manage preventive maintenance, vendor relations, budgets, and capital projects, ensure EHS compliance, and support facility expansion while coordinating with cross-functional teams to enable research excellence in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• 8-10+ years facility operations experience in industrial, manufacturing, laboratory, pilot plant, chemical, pharmaceutical, or R&D environments.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs, contractors, vendors, budgets, and capital projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, laboratory ventilation systems, fume hoods, fire protection systems, and critical utilities infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related EHS regulations.
• Experience with hazardous materials and hazardous waste handling is preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are desirable.
• Availability to work on-site in The Woodlands, Texas.
