Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist for our Port Neches Operations in Texas. You will ensure compliance with air regulatory programs, maintain databases, and prepare regulatory reports for NSPS, NESHAP and Title V related permits.
You will review emissions data, interpret regulations, support audits, and coordinate with teams to renew permits and implement environmental improvements. Regular on-site presence and collaboration are essential.

Ensure compliance with air regulatory programs, develop/maintain environmental databases for multiple operational areas within the Port Neches Operations (PNO) facility.
Responsible for implementing, coordinating, and managing compliance reporting for the assigned process unit(s). Ensure compliance with the assigned unit environmental permits (NRS, Title V, TPDES) and participate as a team member for any projects which may require air permit development. Renew and amend the site’s permits as need. Participate in other non-safety and non-environmental plant activities as needed to improve performance in areas of safety, environmental, reliability, cost control, capital deployment, etc. Essential functions require presence in the workplace on a regular basis and an ability to work extra hours if needed. If applicable, ability to work overtime may be needed to ensure required staffing capacity to meet daily production objectives. Work collaboratively with team members with different backgrounds and perspectives. Assists other employees in accomplishments of Indorama company goals. Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor. Participates in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives as set forth by the company. Participates in and completes company-required training programs.
