Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking an experienced facilities operations leader to oversee daily property operations, lead a team, and manage capital projects.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities, engineering, hotel operations, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and interruptions.
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge of facilities operations.
  • Strong business and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage budgets, inventory, projects, and operational decisions independently.
  • A guest-focused, collaborative mindset with strong judgment, attention to detail, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to the Canyon Ranch mission.
